What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, credit cards, and Google Pay.
How do I update my shipping address?
Log into your account to make changes. If your order has already shipped, we may not be able to redirect it.
How can I reorder a previous order?
Your account dashboard allows for fast repeat ordering and subscription management.
How do I contact customer support?

2. Orders & Billing
Can I edit or cancel an order once placed?
You can edit or cancel your order only before it is shipped. Once shipped, changes are not possible.
How will I receive my invoice or billing details?
You will receive your invoice via email and WhatsApp once your order is confirmed.
3. Shipping & Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are generally delivered within 3–7 days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use it to track your delivery in real time. If you created an account, you can also log in to view order history and updates. Can’t find the email? Check your spam folder or contact us—we’re happy to help!
Do you offer express or same-day delivery options?
No, we currently do not offer express or same-day delivery options.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship only within India, but we're working on expanding our delivery options soon!
What are your shipping charges?
Orders above ₹500 qualify for free shipping. For orders below ₹500, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?
Yes, you can update your shipping address if the order hasn’t been shipped yet. Once it’s shipped, the address cannot be changed.
What happens if my package is delayed or lost?
If your package is delayed or lost, please reach out to us. We’ll track the shipment and do our best to resolve the issue quickly—either by locating your package or arranging a replacement.
Do you offer free shipping on any orders?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over ₹500.
4. Returns & Refunds
What is your return and refund policy?
If you receive a product that is damaged, expired (beyond the mentioned expiry date), or reaches you in poor condition within one (1) month of purchase, you may request a return. In such cases, we will replace the item with an identical product and ship it to you at no additional cost. Please ensure you retain both the product and the original receipt to process the return.
You must inform us within seven (7) days of receiving a damaged or expired product—this includes weekends and holidays—so we can initiate the return process promptly.
If you receive the wrong product due to our error, we will also refund the standard delivery charge. Refunds will only be processed after we receive the returned goods in their original, unused condition. Once confirmed, we will dispatch the correct item as per your original order.
Please note:
- Used or opened products are not eligible for return or refund.
- Items purchased during sales, special promotions, or clearance events are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How can I initiate a return or exchange?
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at support@calmcup.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Make sure to include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos if the item is damaged or expired. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
How long do refunds take to process?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The amount will be credited to your original mode of payment.
5. Subscriptions & Restocks
Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes. You can subscribe to any blend and receive 10% off ongoing. Subscriptions ensure you always have your favourite tea on hand.
Can I get notified when a product is back in stock?
Yes, you can! Just click on the "Notify Me" button on the product page, and we’ll alert you as soon as it’s back in stock.
6. Health & Dietary Information
Do your teas contain allergens?
Our teas are free from common allergens like dairy, gluten, and soy.
Where are the teas sourced from?
All our herbs and flowers are grown on our own pesticide-free farms and processed in-house—so we can ensure quality, freshness, and safety in every cup.
Are your teas vegan?
Yes. All our teas are plant-based and suitable for vegan diets.
Are your teas safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Some herbal ingredients may not be suitable. We recommend checking with your healthcare provider before consumption.
Can I mix different blends or herbs together?
Yes, you can! Feel free to mix blends or herbs to match your taste or wellness needs. Just make sure the ingredients complement each other.
Do your teas contain caffeine?
None of our teas contain added caffeine. We craft all our blends using naturally caffeine-free herbs, so you can enjoy every cup any time of the day—without the jitters.

How should I store your herbal teas?
Keep it sealed in a cool, dry place away from light and moisture. Our jars are designed for optimal storage.
Do you provide brewing instructions?
Yes, we provide detailed brewing instructions with each product to help you enjoy the perfect cup every time.
What is the shelf life of your teas?
Most teas are best within 12–24 months of blending. For optimal flavour, we recommend consuming within 6 months of opening.

Are your products eco-friendly or sustainable?
Our teas come in clear cylindrical jars with dark wooden lids, designed to preserve freshness and add a touch of elegance to your shelf.
Do you support local farmers or communities?
Yes, we support local farmers—especially women in rural communities. Every purchase helps promote sustainable farming and livelihoods.
