At Calm Cup, we take great care in crafting and delivering premium herbal teas. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Returns & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept return or replacement requests under the following circumstances:

  • You have received a damaged, expired, or defective product.
  • You have received an incorrect product (wrong variant or item not ordered).
  • The product is missing or incomplete as per your order confirmation.

Conditions

  • The request must be raised within 7 (seven) days of receiving the order.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a photo or video proof of the issue (e.g., damaged item or wrong product received).

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Items purchased under promotional discounts, final sale, or clearance.
  • Gift cards or personalized items.

3. Replacement & Exchange Policy

If your return is approved, we will:

  • Ship a replacement of the same item at no extra cost to you.
  • Or offer a store credit of equivalent value for future purchases (in case a replacement is not available).

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • If the product is out of stock or unavailable for replacement.
  • If a prepaid order was cancelled due to internal error or order refusal by Calm Cup.

Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. In case of delayed processing from the payment gateway or your bank, we request you to allow an additional 3–5 days.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@calmcup.com with your order ID. You may also reach us on WhatsApp at 8147692529.

6. Shipping for Returns

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong, damaged, or expired product), we will arrange free reverse pickup from your address.
  • If a pickup is not serviceable in your area, we may ask you to ship the product to us and will reimburse the shipping cost upon verification.
