1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India via trusted delivery partners. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Dispatch Timeline
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- You will receive a confirmation email and/or WhatsApp message with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro cities: 2–4 business days
- Non-metro cities & towns: 4–7 business days
- Remote or out-of-coverage areas: May take longer depending on service availability
Please note: These timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹500.
- For orders below ₹500, a standard shipping fee of ₹49 applies.
- Any additional delivery charges (e.g., for express service) will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or WhatsApp to monitor your shipment’s journey. If you face any issues tracking your order, please contact us at support@calmcup.com.
6. Delivery Issues
- If it is delayed beyond the estimated timeline, we will assist in following up with the delivery partner.
- If your order arrives in a damaged condition or is lost in transit, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can initiate a replacement or refund as per our Returns Policy.
7. Shipping Address Modifications
Changes to the shipping address can only be made before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, no modifications or rerouting can be accommodated.
8. Force Majeure
Calm Cup is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, transport restrictions, or courier company delays.
